WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Olga From Moscow

I went on the Warrior Women Walking Tour, and it was an incredible experience. The guide is knowledgeable, charismatic, and has a great sense of humour. Her presentation was lively, engaging, and emotionally rich. Marie’s passion for her work truly shines through and is infectious. She doesn’t just show you the London she knows and loves — she immerses you in the atmosphere of this beautiful city.

We've attended the "Women Warriors" tour around Westminster and really loved the engagement and insightfulness and all the amazing stories of various women whose paths crossed with UK/London.

Marie’s Secret Westminster Tour for Open House was brilliant. It was educational, informative and entertaining, and her energy and enthusiasm brought her plethora of facts and figures to life. I look forward to taking another one of her tours and highly recommend her as a guide. Thank you

12 Portraits Tour, National Portrait Gallery

Marie is very well informed about each of the portraits she presents. She is clear and articulate and one walks away from the tour knowing 90 minutes were well spent! Highly recommended!!

I went on the warrior women tour. I loved all the stories and learnt a lot while also having a good laugh. My personal preference was the amazing life of the spy, Christine Granville. Would thorougly recommend to all everyone and Marie was a great tour guide and leader.

We spent a delightful and informative few hours in the company of Marie on the Warrior Women Walk.  Marie is welcoming and informative; and knows her subject inside and out.

The walk is a perfect length and duration of around two hours, with a starting point at Boadicea, located at Westminster Pier and ending with the statue of Edith Cavel opposite the National Portrait Gallery.  Marie’s passion for her subject is wonderful; we learnt countless quirky facts, not only about the statues but wonderful other snippets en route.  We are looking forward to joining her again soon, on one of her other tours or walks.
